You will join the regional operations team to coordinate investment execution and support the management of complex client portfolios.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of investment execution across diverse fund structures
- Coordinate with global custodians and administrators to ensure seamless trade settlements
- Manage capital call processes and internal recommendation workflows within strict timelines
- Facilitate client account management by monitoring cash positions and internal records
- Support the delivery of valuation data and essential regulatory compliance documentation
skills and experience required.
- At least 2 - 4 years of experience in investment operations
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet tools and data management
- Excellent communication skills for managing external professional relationship
- Highly organized with a proactive, flexible approach to daily workflows.
