Strategic Hunting: Identify, qualify, and pursue high-value sales leads, specifically targeting cargo owners and logistics providers within the Life Science, Tech, and Retail sectors.
Solution Architecting: Move beyond transactional sales to design bespoke "Port-Centric" logistics strategies, synergizing physical terminal assets with cutting-edge digital visibility tools.
Operational Integration: Lead the "operationalization" of new commercial agreements by process-mapping customer supply chains and resolving complex pain points with internal Ops, Legal, and Finance teams.
Market Intelligence: Act as a regional subject matter expert, gathering trade and competitor intel to design localized pricing strategies that drive long-term volume and revenue growth.
skills and experience required
At least 3–5 years of aggressive sales experience in 3PL, Contract Logistics, or Supply Chain Solutions, with a documented history of meeting or exceeding quotas.
Deep industry knowledge and an existing network within Healthcare, Industrial/Technology, or Retail/FMCG verticals.
