about the job
Reporting to the Head of HR, working within a team of 4. In addition, you will be responsible for:
- Keep the HR office running smoothly by managing all day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
- Serve as the primary contact for employee questions, concerns, and workplace issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Implement, enforce, and maintain all HR policies and procedures to ensure fair practice and organizational consistency.
- Assist the hiring team with recruitment logistics, candidate communication, and efficient onboarding of new hires.
- Administer employee pay and benefits programs (like health insurance, vacation, and leave) to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee files and HR records for auditing and strategic planning purposes

skills and experience required
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in a HR operation position
- Strong knowledge of Singapore labour laws and regulations, including work pass administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a people-oriented mindset.
- Self-driven, adaptable, proactive, and resourceful with the ability to multitask and manage tight deadlines
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience in using Workday preferred
