About the Job
As a Senior Manager / Manager (Corporate Secretariat), you will serve as a critical guardian of the corporate governance framework. This is a high-visibility role where you ensure that the Group’s directives and statutory obligations are met with absolute precision.
Your core mission will include:
- Regulatory Stewardship: Maintaining statutory books, managing Bizfiling, and ensuring all statutory registers are updated in accordance with local and international regulations.
- Board Administration: Leading the end-to-end process for Board meetings, from agenda preparation to the drafting of high-level minutes.
- Governance Advisory: Monitoring shifts in the legislative landscape and advising the business on necessary adjustments to remain compliant with major stakeholder directives.
- Project Support: Providing secretarial expertise during complex corporate actions, including mergers, acquisitions, and specialized group projects.
Skills and Experience Required
We are looking for a seasoned professional who brings both technical mastery and a calm presence under pressure:
- Professional Accreditation: A qualification from the Chartered Secretaries Institute of Singapore (CSIS) is mandatory.
- Industry Tenure: Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in corporate secretarial functions.
- Background: Prior experience managing the secretarial affairs of a listed company is a significant advantage.
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional command of written and spoken English is required for drafting reports and communicating decisions to diverse stakeholders.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Viewpoint is an advantage
- Soft Skills: Proven ability to multitask, guide junior staff, and maintain independence while working within a high-stakes corporate environment.
