Step into a newly established role driving regional corporate administration and governance for a dynamic technology group.
- Execute end-to-end entity lifecycle management, encompassing statutory filings and constitutional document maintenance across the Asia-Pacific region.
- Partner with external service providers and registered agents to ensure seamless cross-border regulatory compliance.
- Administer due diligence protocols, including the fulfillment of ongoing compliance requests from financial institutions and external stakeholders.
- Oversee the organizational governance schedule by organizing board materials, annual general meetings, and essential regulatory submissions.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to align corporate administrative practices during a period of rapid regional scaling.
skills and experience required.
- Possess a relevant tertiary qualification in business administration, law, or corporate governance practices.
- Demonstrate at least 5 years of dedicated experience within a paralegal or corporate administration capacity.
- Exhibit familiarity with multi-jurisdictional compliance and the management of external corporate service partnerships.
- Showcase a meticulous approach to organizing sensitive documentation and managing competing deadlines independently.
- Hold or be actively pursuing a professional governance qualification, with exposure to the technology sector considered advantageous.
