I am looking for a Corporate Treasury Sales with at least 10 years of related experience to join the team. The successful candidate will work closely with Relationship Managers to manage corporate and Non-Bank Financial Institution (NBFI) clients that require hedging and investment solutions, also to provide advisory services and coordinating transaction execution with the trading teams.

- Drive business strategies and onboard new clients with treasury product requirements through active customer engagement
- Collaborate with the treasury management, relationship banking, and trading teams to manage the assigned client portfolio
- Focus primarily on FX products, utilizing knowledge of interest rate derivatives and investment products to drive growth
- Grow and expand the clients' treasury product wallet with the organization
- Provide stakeholders and clients with timely, relevant product information and market updates
- Prepare and distribute daily market recap updates
- Achieve revenue targets established by management
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and regular feedback loops with Relationship Managers and Operations teams
- Ensure the prompt and accurate execution of all transactions
- Strictly ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory and internal compliance policies

skills and experience required
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a relevant discipline is preferred
- 10+ years of experience in treasury sales
- Proven client-facing capabilities and established relationships in the Asset Management, Family Office, and Middle Market segments are highly preferred
- Must be licensed in FMRP, M1A/M1B, M5, and M6
- Strong knowledge across FX products, particularly Spot, Forwards, and NDFs
- A solid understanding of structured solutions and structured investments
- Ability to generate sales-driven FX flows for stable and recurring income, listen to customer needs, and devise appropriate solutions
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively at various working levels with both internal stakeholders and clients
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese is required to liaise with counterparties at headquarters
