key responsibilities:
Take on a pivotal role, where you will shape and define the brand identity through ground-breaking visual content and strategic marketing activations.
- Planning and executing the complete lifecycle of creative production, from initial concept and storyboarding to final execution for large-scale campaigns.
- Direct the creative evolution of the brand across digital, social, and experiential platforms to meet global marketing objectives.
- Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of visual professionals to ensure high-quality output and consistent brand messaging.
- Develop comprehensive content strategies by collaborating with international market leads and internal stakeholders.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships and collaborations with external talent and agencies to enhance brand positioning.
qualifications and experience:
- Minimum of 8 years in a senior design or art direction role for retail brands.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and have the hands-on executional experience for on-set art direction for both still photography and complex video productions.
- Proven expertise in managing diverse projects including motion graphics, digital design systems, and large-scale activations.
- Expertise in brief conception, storyboarding, and on-set art direction for shoots and campaigns (both moving images and stills)
- Keen eye for styling - Including styling of models and set designs
- Advanced proficiency in professional design suites and a deep understanding of digital marketing asset production.
- Experience in tailoring creative content for a variety of international markets, specifically across Asia and Western regions
- Comfortable travelling when required
