Ensure the product area remains fully compliant with internal guidelines, risk limits, and regulations
Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned by management

Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese is required to successfully liaise with Chinese-speaking counterparties at headquarters
Achievement of the trading P&L budget
Building strategic working relationships with Corporate Banking and Private Banking teams
Effective coaching and delegation of responsibilities
Avoidance of any breaches of internal guidelines, risk limits, rules, and regulations
