The Seasoned Leader: You’ve led engineering teams through rapid scaling (e.g., from 10 to 50+ engineers) and have navigated the "growing pains" of a Series A/B company.
A "Player-Coach": While you focus on strategy, you aren't afraid to dive into the white-board with complex system architecture when the team needs it.
Business Minded: You understand that technology exists to serve the customer. You can translate "tech debt" into "business risk" for non-technical stakeholders.
Pragmatic Innovator: You stay ahead of trends (AI/ML, Web3, etc.) but only implement what adds actual value to the bottom line.
