This Customer service coordinator position will require a highly motivated, energetic and resourceful person who has a willingness to learn. This will be a varied role where you will learn all aspects of the full spectrum of customer service coordination and office scheduling duties. It also means documenting customer interactions, overseeing self-service support, and improving experiences through empathy, teamwork, and consistent service quality across all channels. As follow will your daily but not limited duties
Responsibilities
- Responsible for Field Service, Repair Service, Contract / Preventive maintenance Service co-ordination work and daily operational tasks
- GSP (Global Service Platform) administration work
- Customer Satisfaction (Net Promoter Score /SSI)
- monthly submission to HQ and follow up on the responses from customers.
- Manage Industry helpdesk and functional mailbox
Requirements
- Min. Education level: Diploma Level and above
- 2 Years of working experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Words / Power point
- Self-starter who can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
