about the job
- Support country-level forecasting and participate in the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process to balance demand with sales plans.
- Execute the full "Order to Cash" cycle, reviewing purchase orders for accuracy in pricing and timelines while proactively resolving fulfilment issues.
- Manage the exchange of essential shipping documents between suppliers and customers to facilitate import/export licensing and final deliveries.
- Handle back-order fulfilment, process order change requests, and update system status upon successful delivery.
- Complete invoice processing within specific billing cycles to ensure timely payment facilitation.
skills and experience required
- minimum language capabilities of JLPT N1 and TOPIK Level 5/6
- prior experience in customer service and sales support related functions.
