Oversee disaster recovery readiness, capacity planning, and routine system patching.
Collaborate with external managed service providers to ensure adherence to service level agreements.

At least 10 years of technical experience in infrastructure management and operations.
Valid CCNP certification is mandatory for this position.
Experience managing hybrid environments and implementing cloud-based solutions.
