This is an exciting opportunity for a Property Reinsurance Broker to join a team focused on growth and technical excellence. You will handle a mix of Facultative and Treaty placements, acting as a key link between regional cedants and global reinsurance markets.
Manage the end-to-end broking process for a portfolio of property accounts, including heavy industry, commercial property, and energy risks.
Design and structure reinsurance programs that optimize coverage and pricing for clients.
Prepare high-quality slip presentations and market submissions for underwriters.
Negotiate terms with reinsurers in the Singapore, London, and international markets.
Maintain and develop strong networks with cedants and insurers to identify new business opportunities.
Ensure full compliance with internal broking standards and regulatory requirements.

skills and experience required
Experience: 3-6 years of experience in Property Reinsurance broking (Facultative experience is highly valued).
Market Knowledge: Solid understanding of property risk classes, reinsurance structures, and market dynamics.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in drafting slips, endorsements, and cover notes.
Soft Skills: Strong negotiation capabilities, commercial acumen, and the ability to build trust with clients.
Qualifications: SCI/CMFAS certifications required; ACII or progress towards it is a plus.
