You will join the project management office to lead the documentation process and ensure technical compliance across large-scale project lifecycles.
Lead the documentation team in managing complex technical records and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Oversee the end-to-end workflow of project deliverables, ensuring accuracy, proper classification, and efficient retrieval systems.
Manage electronic document management systems and SharePoint platforms, including access control and data integrity.
Collaborate with cross-functional project members and external clients to coordinate monthly reporting and submission schedules.
Drive process improvements in documentation workflows to enhance project efficiency and maintain quality standards.
skills and experience required.
Minimum 4 years of experience in document control or a similar technical administrative environment.
Proven ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and manage external client relationships professionally.
Advanced proficiency in Tier-1 document management tools, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong leadership capabilities with experience mentoring team members and prioritizing tasks in high-demand settings.
Highly organized individual with a proactive approach to independent problem-solving and workflow optimization.
