- Lead and develop a team of drafters and BIM modellers, assigning tasks and effectively managing drafting workloads. You will also promote knowledge exchange and upskilling within the team.
- Review and approve drawings, models, and detailing to ensure high quality, accuracy, and consistency across all projects.
- Drive BIM implementation and digital delivery practices. You will develop and maintain CAD/BIM standards, templates, libraries, and workflows while facilitating coordination and clash detection.
- Collaborate with project managers to clarify technical requirements and ensure documentation adheres to Singapore’s regulatory submission requirements (e.g., BCA, JTC, LTA, PUB, MPA).
- Identify opportunities to introduce efficiencies, automation tools, and improved modelling techniques to support the continuous development of our digital capabilities.
knowledge and skills
- Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, BIM Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of drafting and/or BIM modelling experience within the Singapore market.
- Strong experience in multidisciplinary or infrastructure projects is essential.
- Candidates from civil, structural, geotechnical, LTA, or architectural backgrounds are welcome to apply
- Proficiency in platforms such as AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, InfraWorks (or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of Singapore authority standards, drawing formats, and submission processes.
