As part of their expansion , they are currently seeking a high‑impact Sales Hunter to drive new business growth across the Healthcare sector.
This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional who thrives in complex enterprise environments, understands the digital transformation agenda of hospitals and healthcare institutions, and excels at opening new doors, shaping opportunities, and closing multi‑tower deals.
About the role
Reporting to the MD, your key responsibilities would includes
- Identify, qualify, and secure net‑new enterprise customers across hospitals, healthcare clusters, medical networks, and related institutions. Build and manage a robust pipeline focused on high‑value digital transformation, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data‑driven healthcare solutions.
- Lead end‑to‑end sales cycles, from opportunity origination to negotiation and contract closure.
- Engage senior stakeholders including CIOs, CTOs, CMIOs, CDOs, Heads of IT, and clinical operations leaders.
- Drive consultative, outcome‑based engagements aligned to healthcare digital roadmaps
- Work closely with cloud providers, ISVs, medical technology partners, and system integrators to co‑create and co‑sell healthcare solutions.
- Collaborate with solution architects, delivery teams, and industry specialists to shape compelling value propositions.
Skills and experience required
- 7–12 years of enterprise sales experience, ideally with a strong track record in healthcare, public sector, or regulated industries.
- Proven success in hunting roles, consistently winning new logos and closing multi‑million‑dollar deals.
- Experience with Cloud platforms, SAP workloads, and/or hybrid infrastructure models.
