I am supporting a global technology organisation in the search for an Enterprise Sales Director who will play a pivotal role in accelerating SAP‑driven and AI‑driven growth across the region. This senior individual contributor position sits within the commercial organisation and focuses on strategic selling, ecosystem collaboration, and co‑selling motions with SAP, hyperscalers, and key technology partners.

About the role
Reporting to the MD of APAC, your responsibilities will includes
- Lead the full lifecycle of SAP opportunities, from early qualification and solution framing through to commercial negotiation and contract signature.
- Drive AI‑focused opportunities across the Digital & AI portfolio, including AI platforms, applied AI use cases, analytics, automation, and industry‑specific AI solutions. Identify and shape AI opportunities independently or in conjunction with SAP‑led transformations, positioning AI as a catalyst for business value.
- Develop go‑to‑market plans that align with regional priorities across SAP, cloud, and digital transformation.
- Build strong working relationships across hyperscalers, consulting firms, and ISVs to broaden market reach and accelerate deal cycles.
- Provide clear recommendations to senior leadership based on pipeline trends and market signals.
- Coordinate with delivery and commercial teams to ensure smooth transition from sales to execution and protect commercial outcomes.
- Work closely with solution architects, account directors, and industry specialists to craft proposals anchored in measurable business outcomes and collaborate with marketing on targeted campaigns, customer stories, and thought leadership that reinforce the SAP and AI value proposition.
Skills and experience required
- 10-15 years in enterprise or strategic sales, account management, or business development.
- And with a Proven track record in complex multi-millions enterprise deals in SAP sales and partnership‑led growth across ASEAN or Asia Pacific..
- Experienced in building executive‑level relationships across SAP, hyperscalers, and large enterprise clients to drive joint go‑to‑market execution
