About the role
- Lead end‑to‑end sales cycles across BFSI enterprise accounts, driving new business and expanding existing relationships.
- Build account plans, forecast accurately, and execute with discipline across complex, multi‑year opportunities.
- Engage senior decision‑makers across technology, operations, procurement, and business units.
- Work closely with Channel Partners, SIs, and the broader ecosystem to co‑sell, co‑create solutions, and accelerate market penetration.
- Collaborate with pre‑sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver compelling value propositions tailored to BFSI needs.
- Maintain strong visibility across the Singapore enterprise landscape, identifying new opportunities and competitive insights.
Skills and experience
- Proven hunter track record in direct and indirect sales to large enterprise customers in Singapore, ideally within BFSI or adjacent regulated sectors.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to articulate value, influence stakeholders, and close high‑value deals.
- High energy, resilience, and a consultative mindset suited for fast‑moving, high‑growth environments.
