They partner closely with banks, brokerages, exchanges, and fintech startups, providing them with customizable, secure, and scalable platforms tailored to meet complex financial and regulatory needs.
As they expand across APAC and globally, we’re looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to accelerate business development across enterprise and institutional clients.
About the role
Reporting to the COO, your responsibilities would include
- Drive enterprise business development by targeting mid-to-large corporates, financial institutions, and ecosystem partners within FinTech, blockchain, and related verticals.
- Leverage your existing corporate network to open new doors and cultivate long-term, high-value client relationships.
- Sell complex solutions from FinTech platforms to blockchain infrastructure and SaaS offerings by tailoring value propositions to executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and compliance teams to deliver high-impact solutions that meet evolving client needs.
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle, including lead generation, consultative pitching, solutioning, pricing, and contract closure.
- Represent the company at key industry events, networking sessions, and strategic roundtables to amplify brand and solution awareness.
- Provide market feedback and client insights to drive product refinement and go-to-market strategies.
Skills and experience required
- Minimum 5 years of enterprise B2B sales experience, ideally in FinTech, blockchain, SaaS, or IT solutions.
- Proven ability to sell to decision-makers, including C-level executives, product heads, and innovation teams.
- Strong corporate network within financial services, tech companies, or enterprise sectors in Singapore or Southeast Asia.
