executive leadership and internal/external stakeholders. The primary purpose of this role is to maximize executive efficiency by optimizing schedules, establishing meeting management systems, and ensuring seamless decision execution. Additionally, the position acts as a critical gatekeeper and aggregator by pre-reviewing, consolidating, and distilling incoming strategic reports, project submissions, and communications so leadership only engages with high-quality, pre-vetted inputs.
Job expectations span governance oversight, strategic execution, operational management, and administrative support. Key responsibilities include end-to-end management of executive and leadership meetings—such as drafting precise action-oriented minutes, establishing standard operating procedures (SOPs), and driving strict follow-up on action items and strategic goals. The role is also tasked with supporting governance processes, conducting pre-meeting reviews, facilitating cross-functional alignment, and handling day-to-day administrative functions including complex calendar scheduling, travel coordination, record-keeping, and regulatory compliance tracking.
