As an Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will be providing full secretarial including Executive Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings and travel, and act as the primary point of contact for the executive team. Administrative Tasks: Prepare documents and reports, maintain organized filing systems, and handle expenses and medical claims for board members. Communication & Coordination: Organize meetings, record meeting minutes, and disseminate information to internal and external stakeholders.
This role requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and excellent at managing multiple priorities to support the daily operations and strategic goals of the executive team.

The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree, or minimally Polytechnic Graduate with at least 5 years of secretarial experience supporting senior business leaders in a diversified environment. You should have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. You should be detail-oriented and have a strong sense of urgency to ensure that all objectives and timeframes are met. A high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion is essential, as you will be acting as the executive point of contact, communicating with stakeholders and actioning requests to coordinate communications and ensure the achievement of objectives and timeframes. Previous experience in the luxury retail industry or a similar fast-paced environment would be advantageous.
