As the Executive Office Manager, you will play a critical dual role overseeing comprehensive office administration and driving corporate governance across our Singapore platform. Reporting directly to the Chairman/General Manager, you will serve as the operational backbone of the office, balancing strategic policy management with day-to-day workplace operations.
Key Responsibilities:
... - Governance & Policy Management: Develop, implement, and maintain internal policies, procedures, and control frameworks; coordinate periodic policy reviews to enhance operational consistency and governance.
- Office Administration & Leadership: Oversee daily office operations, facilities management, and vendor coordination; manage office budgets, procurement, and cost-control initiatives while supervising administrative staff.
- Human Resources Administration: Manage employee lifecycle administration (recruitment coordination, onboarding, offboarding, and personnel files) and liaise with external HR service providers.
- Reporting & Compliance: Prepare management papers, reports, and meeting materials regarding operational matters, ensuring total alignment with local regulations and internal policies.

skills and experience required
We are seeking a highly organized, dual-lingual leader who possesses strong stakeholder management skills and a sharp eye for corporate governance. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or a related field. Minimally 5 years of relevant office management experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role. Proficient in both English and Chinese (written and spoken) is essential, as you will draft official policy documents and frequently liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders
