About the Job
My client is looking for a versatile, highly organized, and proactive Personal Assistant & Office Manager to support the Managing Director and oversee day-to-day office operations. In this dual-impact role, you will serve as both a trusted gatekeeper to the Managing Director and the operational anchor for the office. You will handle end-to-end executive assistance, complex travel and diary management, and discreet matters, while taking complete ownership of office facilities, IT coordination, and administrative procedures.

You will work directly alongside a decisive, fast-paced Managing Director and closely with a lean but dynamic team. MD values high autonomy, sound judgment, meticulous detail, and absolute discretion. MD is looking for someone resourceful and solutions-driven who can anticipate needs, keep office operations running flawlessly, and operate with composure under pressure.
Skills & Requirements for the Job
- Proven Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in executive/personal assistance and office management, ideally supporting senior C-suite executives in fast-paced commercial industries.
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Administrative Management, or a related field.
- Tech-Savvy: Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, AI tools, and modern digital productivity workflows.

- Dual Ownership: Seamlessly balances high-level EA duties (complex multi-destination travel, calendar management, board meeting prep) with end-to-end office and facilities management.
- Proactive & Resourceful: High self-motivation with a solutions-driven mindset; able to troubleshoot operational obstacles independently.
- Flawless Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interfacing with building management, government/immigration agencies, vendors, and senior external stakeholders.
