This role involves managing the daily life and schedule of the executive's family. A key focus is caring for and engaging two young children outside of school hours. You would supervise and coordinate the schedules of the driver and housekeepers, and oversee household utilities and maintenance, including coordinating professional repairs. You'll be responsible for comprehensive administrative management, including organizing and prioritizing a personal calendar to effectively schedule all appointments. The role also requires data entry and presentation skills, specifically keying medical reports into a system and presenting information using charts and presentation software. You will plan, organize, and coordinate family events from start to finish, working closely with vendors and ensuring all details are managed (with required attendance at these events). Crucially, you must be prepared to respond quickly and effectively handle any emergencies involving the executive or their family.
This position requires the flexibility to perform other personal and family-related duties as needed by the executive.
