We are currently seeking a high-caliber Field Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join their technical service team for a high-profile transportation systems project.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will take full ownership of quality surveillance and documentation to ensure the project meets rigorous safety and operational standards.
Stakeholder Management: Maintain essential communication with the Owner, internal management, and subcontractors regarding all quality-related matters.
Inspection & Testing: Plan, manage, and oversee all on-site inspections and testing activities to ensure full alignment with project requirements.
On-Site Surveillance: Conduct regular quality patrols to identify issues, verify compliance, and track the progress of corrective actions.
Quality Documentation: Manage and prepare comprehensive records, including Inspection & Test Records (ITR), Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Corrective Action Reports (CARs), and internal audit findings.
Audit & Calibration: Support internal audits and maintain an accurate registry of all on-site measuring instruments and calibration records.
KPI Reporting: Prepare, monitor, and report on Quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide regular progress updates to project management and regional headquarters.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong technical background in site-based quality management.
Education: Diploma in Engineering or a related technical field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant QA Engineer or QA Manager experience specifically within project sites.
Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in large-scale E&M (Electrical and Mechanical) transit projects is a significant advantage.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a solid understanding of material controlling and technical documentation.
Soft Skills: Proven ability to work under pressure, exercise good judgment, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
