Reporting directly to the Country Director, you will lead a team with a primary focus on operational accounting and transactional excellence. While approximately 80% of the role is dedicated to the full spectrum of hands-on finance, you will provide critical strategic value by partnering with various Heads of Departments to build robust financial cases for multi-million dollar capital investments. By providing data-driven insights, you will directly influence manufacturing efficiency and drive cost-reduction initiatives across the facility. Furthermore, you will spearhead the digital evolution of the finance department by leading an ERP migration this year. The ideal candidate is a relationship builder and strong communicator who remains hands-on and takes absolute accountability for the department's success.

Skills and experience required

A recognised degree in accountancy or finance, with at least 10 years of relevant experience. We are specifically seeking an individual with a demonstrated history of leading and developing high-performing teams, coupled with a track record in business partnering to drive organizational goals. Candidates coming from Manufacturing companies will be highly advantageous.
