Reporting to the Finance Director, this role focuses on driving high-level process maturity across the complete revenue cycle. Rather than managing routine day-to-day administrative tasks, the successful candidate will spearhead transformation initiatives to ensure global process standards are effectively integrated into local operations. Key responsibilities include strengthening internal control frameworks and governance to maintain financial integrity across all billing and collection workflows. You will identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions to enhance cash flow performance and resolve complex disputes. Furthermore, the role involves collaborating with centralized shared services and various business units to foster a culture of continuous improvement while leading the transition of legacy workflows into advanced enterprise systems to achieve greater automation and data transparency. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and a resourceful professional, capable of fostering robust partnerships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

Skills and experience required

You should possess a degree in Accountancy or a related field, complemented by at least 8 years of related experience in O2C and project management.
