- Join a premier upscale fine-dining (chinese cuisine) concept as a Restaurant Manager, where you will lead daily operations and drive team excellence to deliver a world-class gastronomic experience.
- Manage operational budgets and implement strategic waste-reduction measures to optimize business efficiency.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing service team through regular training, performance feedback, and operational briefings.
- Establish and maintain rigorous SOPs to ensure the highest standards of hygiene, quality, and service excellence.
- Analyze financial performance and collaborate with marketing teams to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
skills and experience required.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in the F&B industry, with a significant background in supervisory or management roles.
- Prior experience within a fine-dining or upscale hospitality environment is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholder relationships.
- Educational background in Hospitality, Restaurant Management, or a related professional field.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to meet the demands of a premier dining establishment.
