Spearheading practical product trials in a well-equipped pilot plant to refine the functionality of specialty fats and shortenings.
Providing expert technical partnership to customers, diagnosing and resolving their application and production issues.
Partnering with sales and marketing teams to deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations.
Translating laboratory results into valuable insights and creating clear technical documentation to advance business development.

skills and experience required
Bachelor Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field.
At least 3 years of experience within the food ingredients sector.
Proven proficiency in the application of Oils & Fats, preferably Margarine and Shortenings.
A firm grasp of the science behind food emulsifiers and their role in product formulation.
