about the job.

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will lead a dedicated team of analysts, overseeing complex budgeting, forecasting, and the critical integration of supply chain and inventory metrics into financial reporting. You will also be focusing on driving commercial insights and operational efficiency across a multi-faceted retail portfolio. Beyond standard performance management, you will act as a strategic advisor to the C-suite and regional leadership, providing deep-dive analysis into market trends such as customer traffic and consumer behavior to optimize working capital and influence long-term business planning. The ideal candidate is one who is a sharp communicator who can drive operational efficiency across the business.

skills and experience required.

A degree in accounting or finance or equivalent with at least 6 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, ideally within the retail, FMCG, or manufacturing sectors. While proficiency in ERP/BI systems and executive-level presentation skills are essential for monthly business reviews, we are also looking for value-added expertise in people management, working capital, and cash flow optimization. Additional exposure to inventory discipline or Opex/Capex tracking will be viewed as a significant advantage, but is not strictly required for the right candidate.
