This role is responsible for the smoothness of our Singapore office operation at 100% uptime. We are looking for someone with superb prioritization skills, multitask and meet deadlines and deems pressure as a challenge! your top priority is to Manage calendars for the department heads in Front Office
- Travel management for Front Office
- Management of Front Office Staff’s expense claims
- Ensure key documents are scanned and stored as per the Bank’s policy and procedure.
- Management of department meetings/ luncheons/ team events/ social events, onsite or offsite for the Bank, as assigned.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for consolidation of KYC documents.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
skills and requirement
- Minimally a Diploma holder
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- A strong team player, self-starter with good interpersonal skills.
