Strategic Business Planning & Market Analysis
Lead comprehensive business planning for pharmaceutical products, including conducting product analysis, evaluating performance, forecasting P/L, and overseeing successful product launches.
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies (both short- and long-term) that align seamlessly with overall organizational objectives.
Monitor and assess market trends, competitive landscapes, and industry developments to identify emerging opportunities and threats, converting these insights into actionable business strategies.
Evaluate competitive products' strengths and weaknesses, developing comparative metrics and statistics to inform high-level strategic decisions.
Marketing & Campaign Execution
Develop, execute, and refine marketing campaigns across a wide range of pharmaceutical products and medical devices, ensuring strict consistency with brand positioning and market needs.
Measure the effectiveness of promotional and advertising campaigns, providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Relations
