• Strategic Sourcing & Negotiation: Orchestrate a world-class supplier ecosystem. You will lead high-stakes contract negotiations and manage end-to-end supplier performance to guarantee uncompromised quality, cost-competitiveness, and supply chain precision.

• Market Intelligence & Risk Resilience: Serve as the definitive internal authority on electronics market dynamics, leveraging data analytics to anticipate global shifts and proactively neutralize supply chain risks.

• Cross-Functional Synergy: Act as a strategic partner to Engineering and Product Development teams, integrating category roadmaps into the core of next-generation product innovation.

• Value Transformation: Spearhead "Design-for-Value" (DfV) initiatives, value engineering, and continuous improvement projects to aggressively optimize cost structures while enhancing product performance.

skills and experience required

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in category management, procurement, or supply chain, with a focus on PCB and Discrete components.
