Reporting to the Senior Vice President, you will be responsible for managing the Human Resources function for International Markets in Singapore. Responsibilities will include:
- Partner with International SVP and Heads of Departments to ensure Human Resources policies and frameworks are seamlessly integrated with overarching business objectives.
- Design and implement impactful training and development programs for staff across critical areas such as sales optimization, project cost management, project lifecycle governance, client relationship management, and internal operational systems.
- Streamline and support talent acquisition efforts, providing essential coordination and assistance to hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Champion and manage robust staff welfare initiatives, including impactful employee engagement activities, workplace amenities, and holistic well-being programs designed to cultivate a thriving and positive work environment.
- Facilitate meticulous payroll processing by coordinating essential employee data, benefits deductions, and leave tracking in close partnership with finance and payroll departments.
- Administer comprehensive company health insurance programs, overseeing timely employee enrollment, policy renewals, and clear communication of benefits to all personnel.
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of various local government subsidy policies. Proactively monitor application progress, engage in timely communication and coordination with relevant government agencies, adeptly resolve any issues encountered during the application process, and ensure prompt disbursement of eligible government subsidies to employees.
- Manage all critical HR administrative functions, encompassing meticulous maintenance of employee records, efficient processing of work pass applications (where applicable), and strict adherence to all prevailing labor regulations.

skills and experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 5-8 years of experience in Human Resources
- Hands-on and strong HR business partnering skills with the ability to engage and influence senior business stakeholders
- Adept with talent acquisition, training & development, HR operations and strong commercial acumen.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
