- Apply agile trading strategies adapted to various market trends and economic climates
- Closely monitor supply, demand, and international trade flows that impact pricing and valuations

- Build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial business relationships with existing networks and potential trading partners

skills and experience required
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in international agricultural commodities trading (specifically handling Soybean, Corn, Soybean Meal, Corn Gluten Meal, or similar products)
- Excellent written and spoken communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel. Proficiency in Power BI is a strong advantage
