Corporate Marketing & Communications: Shape brand positioning, corporate narrative, and stakeholder communications across markets.
You will own strategic planning, cross-functional alignment, and operational delivery, ensuring the organisation has the structure, capabilities, and systems to scale.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership across technology, transformation, master data, and corporate communications.
Partner with the CEO and senior leaders to define and execute enterprise-wide priorities.
Lead change management, standardisation, and process improvements across multiple markets.
Enhance organisational effectiveness through data, systems, and capability building.
Oversee corporate brand, marketing programs, and internal/external communications.
Build and manage high-performing teams with a focus on collaboration and accountability.
Skills & Experience Required
Proven track record in senior operational leadership roles, ideally at group or regional level.
Strong experience in technology enablement, enterprise transformation, or master data governance.
Familiarity with corporate marketing and communications functions.
Exceptional stakeholder management and the ability to influence at board and executive levels.
Highly strategic, structured, and able to manage complex cross-functional environments.
Strong problem-solving skills with a bias toward execution.
