key responsibilities:
- Direct complex, cross-functional marketing projects across regional affiliates to ensure seamless delivery within strategic timelines.
- Act as the primary custodian of the corporate visual identity, evolving brand guidelines to support long-term business growth.
- Lead the end-to-end redesign and performance optimization of corporate digital platforms and websites.
- Conceptualize and implement a cohesive, multi-channel content roadmap aligned with global business objectives.
- Provide creative leadership and aesthetic direction for high-impact brand assets and major corporate events.
qualifications and experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of marketing leadership experience, ideally within the luxury, specialized retail, or high-end sectors.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale digital transformations and complex web development lifecycles.
- Exceptional aesthetic sensibility and a strong eye for design, with the ability to translate complex ideas into compelling brand expressions.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead diverse, cross-functional teams.
- A genuine passion for technical precision and heritage-driven industries is highly advantageous.
