Reporting to the Group Director of Human Resources, you will lead the end-to-end rewards portfolio and initiatives for the group office and be a key subject matter expert for regional projects. This is an individual contributor position.
As the Group Rewards Lead, your responsibilities include:
- Spearhead the annual manpower budgeting exercise, talent reviews, bonus exercises, etc.
- Develop and review the guiding principles for Compensation & Benefits for the group office
- Lead the salary benchmarking and job grading initiatives across the organization
- Liaise with external vendors to conduct regular analysis and market benchmarking, ensuring market competitiveness
- Design and implement long-term incentive share plans for executive leaders
- Gather and analyse market insights, employee feedback and benchmarking data to support regular improvements to employee benefits
- Serve as the key advisor to line managers on compensation & benefits related issues, including employee incentives, salary structures and benefits packages
- Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor key performance metrics across total rewards and HRIS utilization/engagement
skills and experience required
- Degree-qualified, with at least 8-10 years of experience in managing total rewards, ideally in a regional set-up.
- Deep acumen of compensation & benefits principles, best practices and legislations.
- Excellent project management and communication skills to engage with key stakeholders
- Analytical mindset and ability to be a problem-solver. Detail oriented and resourceful
- Experience supporting HRIS implementation / process transformations would be an advantage
