about the job
Reporting to the CEO, this Global HR leadership role will lead the people agenda, establishing the HR function and manage key strategic initiatives to drive rapid multi-country expansion across international markets. In addition, you will:
- Define and execute global people strategy, organizational design, and workforce planning to support rapid multi-country growth
- Build a global talent acquisition engine and employer brand to attract world-class infrastructure, engineering, and corporate talent across APAC, the US and Europe
- Design and manage competitive total rewards, compensation benchmarks, cross-border employment structures, and global mobility programs
- Scale HR operations, HRIS, and compliance frameworks across Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, and future operating markets including US and Europe
- Lead and develop the existing HR team, driving culture, performance management, and leadership development across a multi-national workforce

skills and experience required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance or equivalent
- Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity owning the full HR function
- Proven track record in driving global people agenda, establishing HR governance, total rewards, global mobility and scaling HR infrastructure during periods of rapid growth
- Experience working in large tech companies such as Google, Amazon, Meta, Nvidia and others would be advantageous. Large-scale MNC experience is essential
- Extensive international experience managing HR operations across both Asia-Pacific and Western markets (US, Europe, or Australia)
- Strong executive presence with a demonstrated ability to advise and influence at the C-Suite and board level
