key responsibilities:
- Formulate and lead the overarching marketing roadmap to achieve long-term commercial goals.
- Direct multi-channel promotional activities encompassing digital, traditional media, and strategic partnerships.
- Spearhead digital innovation efforts, focusing on customer loyalty programs and data-driven CRM strategies.
- Manage the total marketing budget while ensuring optimal return on investment through detailed performance analysis.
- Influence brand identity and consistency across all physical and digital consumer touchpoints.
- Lead and grow a team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
qualifications and experience:
- Marketing experience in F&B brands with multiple branches is a basic requirement.
- Minimum 8 of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role for a F&B brand.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Proven success in developing and executing brand and marketing strategies in the F&B industry.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business goals into actionable marketing strategies.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand aesthetics.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic kitchen environment.
