- As the strategic lead for the marketing function, you will drive end-to-end brand strategy, performance marketing, promotions, CRM, new product launches.
Develop and oversee the annual marketing roadmap to align with business expansion and profitability goals.
Direct multi-channel campaigns across digital, performance, and social platforms to increase customer acquisition and retention.
Lead the strategy for new product introductions and seasonal promotions in collaboration with supply chain and operations teams.

Skills and experience required:
Minimum of 10 years of professional marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
Proven background in the food and beverage or consumer goods industry with a track record of driving revenue growth in Singapore.
Deep expertise in QSR Marketing, promotions, performance marketing, CRM, and digital platforms with a highly commercial and analytical mindset.
Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing diverse teams and complex agency partnerships at scale.
