- In this strategic leadership role, you will drive the development of annual business plans and medium-to-long-term operational strategies to ensure sustainable profitability and growth.
Lead the operations department to ensure efficient store performance and alignment with overarching company goals.
Oversee the full P&L for all local outlets, managing annual budgets and monthly financial forecasts to meet revenue and cost targets.
Enhance operational efficiency by improving workflows, resource allocation, and internal processes across all locations.
Champion a high-performance culture through the leadership, coaching, and mentorship of store management teams.
Manage strategic relationships with external vendors and lead contract negotiations to secure optimal terms for the business.
skills and experience required.
Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in operations management, ideally within the food service sectors.
At least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership capacity with a proven track record of managing large-scale teams.
Strong expertise in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L oversight.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive, hands-on approach to driving operational excellence.
