Requirements:
- Min 8 years of Product Management experience
- Preferred background in HR-tech, SaaS, or complex fintech operations, with a track record of scaling tech-enabled managed services
- Proven ability to lead both technical (Product/Engineering) and service delivery/operations teams within a regional framework
- Expert in product strategy and 0 to 1 platform development, including the ability to leverage AI tools into the process
- A structured approach to building scalable infrastructure and SOPs rather than relying on manual, "heroic" effort
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes
