As a Hedge Fund Operations Analyst, you will enjoy comprehensive front-to-back exposure to the trade lifecycle and fund accounting processes.
- Oversee the full operational lifecycle including trade settlement monitoring and corporate action processing for global equities
- Manage fund accounting duties such as daily and monthly valuation validations and expense fee calculations.
- Reconciliations of cash, positions, and profit and loss statements with external prime brokers and administrators
- Coordinate investor relations activities including the processing of capital subscriptions, redemptions, and the review of financial statements
- Support compliance and risk functions by monitoring investment limits and preparing necessary regulatory and audit documentation
skills and experience required.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in hedge fund operations or buy-side fund accounting
- Strong technical understanding of net asset value processes, trade lifecycles, and reconciliation workflows
- Proven ability to work with external partners such as prime brokers, fund administrators, and custodians
- Meticulous with a proactive approach to streamlining manual workflows and improving data integrity
