about the role

oversees a portfolio of A&A works as well as commercial and hospitality fit‑out projects, ensuring seamless coordination from design development through construction and handover. You will lead project planning, consultant and contractor management, and quality delivery across multiple fast‑paced, high‑specification environments.

• manage end‑to‑end project delivery across A&A and commercial/hospitality fit‑out projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• lead coordination among consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders throughout all project phases.
• review design proposals, technical submissions, and construction methodologies to ensure compliance with project objectives.
• conduct regular site supervision, progress meetings, and risk assessments to resolve issues proactively.
• oversee procurement, contract administration, and project reporting to ensure smooth execution and accountability.

knowledge and skills

• bachelor degree in construction management or related field
• strong experience in consultancy and project management within commercial or hospitality project environments.
• solid understanding of A&A processes, building regulations, and interior fit‑out standards.
• ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive clear communication across multidisciplinary teams.
• proficient in project scheduling, budgeting, and contract/authority compliance management.
