Human Resources (HR):
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment support (job postings, screening, interview coordination, onboarding), offboarding, and employee record maintenance.
Handle employee benefits administration, including insurance, leave management, and claims processing.
Assist with work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations for foreign employees.
Support HR policy implementation and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Address employee queries on HR-related matters and provide basic HR advisory.
Administration (Admin):
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the office, including managing office supplies, vendor liaison, and facilities maintenance.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, maintain filing systems, and ensure data accuracy.
Organize and support company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
Assist with general office management tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
skills and experience required
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in HR Functions & Office Administration
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with HRIS systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
- Customer service mindset with a proactive attitude.
- A team player who can work independently when needed.
