You would be in charge of everything from start to finish, including:
... - Recruiting and Repatriation workers: You'll handle the process of recruiting new employees and making sure that when they leave the company, everything is done correctly and by the book.
- Handling all the paperwork: You'll be the one to apply for, renew, and cancel work permits, and you'll keep track of all the important documents and employee information, overseeing the onboarding and offboarding process.
- Dealing with the government: You'll be the main point of contact for the government agencies, making sure the company follows all the rules and regulations.
- Keeping things running smoothly: You'll look for ways to make the foreign worker management process more efficient, and you'll work with other departments to make sure everyone has a good experience.
Essentially, you're the go-to person for all matters related to the company's foreign workforce, ensuring all the administration and operations are compliant with regulations while making the process as smooth as possible for everyone involved.

You will report directly to the TA manager.
skills and experience required
To succeed in this role, you need to be a skilled HR professional with a degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline. The ideal candidate will have at least 3years of hands-on experience in foreign worker management, backed by a strong understanding of Singapore's employment laws and MOM regulations, including Pass application processes. We need someone who can work independently and meticulously in a fast-paced setting, with strong communication and coordination skills. A solid grasp of overseas recruitment and international hiring is an advantage.
