As the HR Administrator, you will manage payroll support, compensation & benefits, training coordination, and HR compliance. Requiring a meticulous and hands-on approach, you will operate independently in a fast-paced environment to ensure full alignment with Singapore employment regulations and data protection standards. In addition, you will:
Administer employee benefits programs including insurance, leave, and medical claims.
Support annual salary reviews, bonus exercises, and bench marking activities while monitoring and updating employee compensation data.
Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations
Ensure strict compliance with prevailing MOM regulations, timelines, and manage communications with relevant authorities and internal stakeholders.
Coordinate and administer training & development programs, maintain training records, and monitor employee participation and completion.
Support the identification of training needs and prepare training reports and analysis.
Provide backup support for monthly payroll processing, including salaries, overtime, bonuses, and statutory deductions.
Ensure payroll compliance with the Singapore Employment Act, CPF regulations, and statutory submissions when supporting operations, while assisting with payroll records and queries.
Support the implementation of and adherence to Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) policies and practices to ensure absolute confidentiality and data protection.
Generate HR reports (including headcount, training, and payroll) and contribute to general HR administrative support and process improvement.
skills and experience required
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in payroll and HR administration, preferably in Singapore.
Good knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act, payroll computation, and CPF regulations.
Experience in coordinating training and development programmes.
Familiarity with HRIS/payroll systems; experience with TimesSoft will be an added advantage.
Exposure to or involvement in PDPA implementation and data protection practices.
High level of integrity with the ability to handle confidential information.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
