Reporting to the senior leadership, this is a regional role whereby you will be responsible for overseeing all HR matters for the Singapore office and remote international team members.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing HR operations such as maintaining employee records, coordinating work pass applications, and ensuring compliance with Singapore employment regulations.
- Supporting monthly payroll processes in collaboration with global HR and payroll vendors, including data collation, leave tracking, and benefits deductions.
- Administering company insurance programs, overseeing enrolments and renewals, and communicating benefits to employees.
- Driving recruitment activities, supporting hiring managers, and managing the end-to-end hiring process.
- Designing and facilitating learning and training programs tailored for internal employees across different target areas including sales, communication and internal processes
- Handling applications for Singapore government employment subsidies and grants, liaising with relevant agencies to ensure timely approvals and disbursements.
- Driving employee engagement and wellness initiatives, including planning team activities and staff perks.
- Collaborating with senior leadership and global HR to drive talent development, culture-building, and alignment with global people strategies.
- Overseeing day-to-day office management
skills and experience required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in HR within large multinational corporations
- Experience working with regional teams and cross-border HR exposure is highly advantageous
- Strong knowledge of Singapore labour laws and employment regulations.
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to build strong relationships with stakeholders across time zones.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in spoken Mandarin is required to liaise with stakeholders based in Shanghai, China
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities with independence and discretion.
