about the job
As a key member of the Human Resources team, you will serve as a trusted partner to business leaders by providing HR guidance and delivering people solutions that support organisational goals. You will oversee key HR operational processes including payroll, HRIS administration, compensation and benefits administration, workforce reporting, and HR compliance. In addition, you will:
- Partner with assigned business units to provide day-to-day HR guidance, support managers across the employee life-cycle, and enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Support talent acquisition activities to attract, onboard, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, handle statutory submissions (e.g., CPF, IRAS), and support annual compensation and salary reviews.
- Administer employee benefits programmes, manage insurance renewals, and maintain HR reports and dashboards to provide workforce insights.
- Coordinate training administration, track compliance, and leverage technology to continuously improve operational efficiency.

skills and experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related discipline.
- 2 – 3 years of progressive HR Generalist or HR Operations experience.
- Exposure to payroll, HRIS, or compensation administration would be advantageous.
- Strong Excel and analytical skills with the ability to manage HR data accurately.
- Meticulous, systems-oriented, and eager to learn.
